We were tasked with creating a stunning an innovative approach for the Govenor Ducey‘s opening speech at the WozU sponsored DesTechAZ. The speech focused on a background of innovation housed in Arizona with a forward-facing approach to Tech. We decided to utilize a mixture of studio captured content with a heavy hand of animation to symbolize that future/past relationship. We then took the Governors’ speaking notes and creating accompanying animated graphics to overlay on our content shot in Phoenix.

This project allowed us to marry two very important types of mediums in a way that was interactive, furthering the message that Arizona is not only focused on what’s the reality, but also the future of possibility to help them to remain on the Edge of Innovation.
